The better team lost? I think that the team that won was the better team because they executed better on the day. The team that lost may have had their chances, but they also had their misteps (e.g. no pressure on Moses). It is the difference between those two that gave you the W for WH and the L for MC. To echo what Paul said, we must remember that football is a game of attack and defence; the defenders played better than the attackers (second half) and they more than earned and deserved the win. In fact, in repelling the MC barrage, which it was, they even created a couple or three chances to make it 3-1. City did everything they could but today was not their day; besides the keeper and defenders, MC had close misses at the goal etc. but that's football!
