TD find someone with good administrative experience, scouting and had or is working with an academy...and, additionally should have experience playing top class international football.
In short a former top player who is a good organiser & leaderwith proven record as a spotter of talent and is either working in an academy or has worked in an academy."Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has."
