This is like double jeopardy, but in reality its triple, quadruple ,quintuple, sextuple.Wada has stated that they have all right to store and retest specimens indefinetly, apparently after adding them(banned substances) on the list at a later date.

XXX- ACTLY.I hope the people in JA taking heed.

    *WADA has a communication problem

    * A Chain of custody problem

    * A ruling problem

    Nesta attorneys needs to ask

    - When did the substance get on the list
    - Was it tested for in all labs at the time
    - When did testing start
-When did they 1st test his specimen
    - Why did they restest it
-How many times was it retested
-Why wasnt there any ruling when it was 1st , 2nd, 3rd or 4th tested
    - Why now
-Who should have made the initail ruling
-Why is this dept of Wada making a ruling now.

THEN SUE DI SH@@@T OUTTA DEM !

WADA IS A JOKE :They havent a clue what the left leg is doing when the right leg moves

Sakho has threatened legal action against Wada after he missed Liverpool’s Europa League final and France’s European Championship campaign as a result of his failed test.

Sakho’s original 30-day suspension was not extended when UEFA learned that not all Wada labs test for higenamine, while UEFA’s disciplinary body was also told by the lab director he had not considered higenamine a doping substance until instructed to report it as such by Wada

Indeed, a source close to the case told Telegraph Sport that Wada must take “sole responsibility” for the events which culminated in Friday’s outcome. “The way in which Wada managed this case is absolutely unacceptable,” he added.

    Sakho fighting Carter's case.

Having pushed on with their scientific and legal case shaky, WADA failed to convince UEFA of Sakho's wrongdoing, and are now facing legal action from player and club over their abysmal handling of the case - unless they can appeal successfully.
