Mata is okay,he would be fine if football was a no contact sport, and is fielded on a windless day.
Rooney may have to sit for little while though.

He was right to start Henrikh, the player had made a case, but the problem is he should have been fielded alongside Pogba.
Lingard was chosen because of the the level athleticism anticipated in that game.
Fergie kept refs on their toes, and Wenger complains about teams playing bitch football, something he has no control of.
Mourinhi is Man U,and therefore is off limits to those low jabs.

He acknowledged his mistake. Watching the game I was curious why he wasn't making any changes. However, in the second half the team prevented the keeper from playing short passes from the back kicks, forcing him to boot the ball up field which MU won back quickly.

He has to take the blame to start out by trying to counter. However, no objective football fan cannot see the inconsistency with the no call on Rooney, then see the same penalty claim awarded to Swansea.

You are focusing on Mourinho with mere assertions, well how did Pep respond to what you attributed to Man U resuscitating?

The onky reason why I stayed away from commenting on the perfirmqnce of the three blind mice is we should have destroyed your fly by night club, had it not been for poor executions across the board..,but hey,it makes the return leg even more interesting.

City was unable to replicate its first half performance in the second half largely due to halftime coaching.
    Mourinho is reacting accordingly,Dunny.
The Mourinho reaction at halftime had nothing to do with your improvement
the main factor is the Man City keeper dropping a clanger before halftime and let you back in. If Man City had gone in 2-0 up at halftime the second half would've followed the same path of the first. Chasing shadows

    All that from one game?
We needed a player of that caliber, and that was the cost.
