HL, Evans is not as bad as you are making him out to be. The issue for me is that he got injured too easily and he didn't seem all that confident with the ball. Personally I think he is a better defender than Stones ... and following my instinct I did a comparison ... apparently I was right.

Of course he's better than Stones. Wes Morgan is better than him. Rio Ferdinand with one month's return to training is better than him. Stones need about three more years to start paying back that 50m.

It is all relative though, at Man U, he is average at best but will be a clear upgrade at City, he may even become the captain of your fly by night team.
