Aside from that, the focus must lie with keeping Bailey playing at Chelsea and not farming him out on a silly loan deal only to sell him three years down the line. I would prefer if he goes to Monaco for now where he can get showcased. It appears he is currently undervalued, he made more waves than DeBruyne..(parent club), and he is on the market at a time when clubs are willing to spend big time.
