THERE IS ONLY ONE ONANDI LOWE!

"Good things come out of the garrisons" after his daughter won the 100m Gold For Jamaica.

"It therefore is useless and pointless, unless it is for share malice and victimisation to arrest and charge a 92-year-old man for such a simple offence. There is nothing morally wrong with this man smoking a spliff; the only thing wrong is that it is still on the law books," said Chevannes.

You see how having a B LIC would play in the development of these youths, theoretically,Jerome could use the knowledge to spread from high school to RSPL to the national teams,it's the cheapest ,fastest way to develop the game across the land without spending millions on a Real Madrid type academy or hiring a forgein coach ,furthermore without going overseas to Stoke City to practice in a professional environment...... BIG UP Ricketts !

This is developing within our cultural reality, whether we like it or not! You have to factor in the reality where coaches have 3 Jobs and school boy football is at the heart of it,this doesn't mean a real Madrid academy can't work but that would require a private investor not dependent on the economic cultural reality ,in truth Jamaica has the environment to accommodate all, high schools ,RSPL and private academies,it's best the JFF be a facilitator of best practices and provide leadership where all can work in uniformity for the betterment of JA football.
