You see how having a B LIC would play in the development of these youths,theoretically,Jerome could use the knowledge to spread from high school to RSPL to the national teams,it's the cheapest ,fastest way to develop the game across the land without spending millions on a Real Madrid type academy or hiring a forgein coach ,furthermore without going overseas to Stoke City to practice in a professional environment......
