Still think Steffen & Palmer-Brown made a big mistake signing with Manchester City.
City already signed Ederson, who is one of the top GK in the Premier League, and he's only 2 years older than Steffen. I think the offers from the Bundesliga & La Liga would have been better for his career, even with one of the 3 mid-table PL teams that were interested.
Palmer-Brown should have signed with Porto, instead of MC, when he was out of contract, in MLS. He doesn't even have enough USMNT caps to play in the PL. While at Sporting KC, he spent a year on loan, at Porto, and they were impressed with his play & leadership, but SKC were too greedy & short sighted, turning down Porto's offers. I think it would have been the best move for his continued development & growth.
*You have to wonder who's advising these players.
