For the past 6 to 8 years , Tappa has been blessed with the best team on paper, he has hacked and chopped and has achieved nothing. He came close to wining the GC twice but so did Schaffer once with a fraction of the time Tappa was our head coach. Tappa has been our head coach for over 10 years and in the national coaching set up almost as long as that; and here we are today . He was the last person to get his B lic , why ?. He has never developed any player from the senior to national level that you can point to and say he has the talent to spot and nurture talent or influence , why ?
Why change out your team (8 players ) and start a new one without risking the chemistry of the team and then to play the midfield out of position, Ravel as defensive midfielder, has he ever played that in his life ? OJ & Sass would say he is still trying to find his best 11

How will those rash changes affect the chemistry of the team, to know you can be benched in a whim after having a good game or for 90 % of your teammates to go through same rash treatment ?
Tappa has too many questions to answers which makes his position unattainable, after we lose against C. Rica, rash decisions need to be made and this one should be directed at the coaching staff area i.e . Tappa
