During the WC, it was said that U.S. Soccer was thinking about trying to get the USMNT invited to the 2024 Copa America, since they won't play WCQ for the 2026 WC. Last week it was reported that U.S. Soccer, along with reps from FMF & CSA had talks with CONMEBOL, who was interested in having them compete, and after further discussions CONMEBOL said they would consider inviting 3 more teams from CONCACAF.......If the JFF is aware of this, they should keep close tabs on developments, and get the ReggaeBoyz to be one of the 6.
