Is there pushback to the possibility of brown owners?

The pushback has been there ever since the Arabs bought City. The English media has been relentless in condemning them about human rights. They had no problem with Abramovich when he used his corrupt and ill-gotten oil money to buy Chelsea and spent millions to buy players. City's transfer net spend since the Arabs bought them is not even in the top 12 of clubs across Europe.
