An article - Letter to Coach Theodore "Tappa" Whitmore emphasized the point made on playing as TEAM...a TEAM player. In that letter "Tappa" was implored to pick/select only TEAM players...ignore/disregard/do not select ant-TEAM players. Leave out "stars" who do not think and by actions 'show' the TEAM comes before self.
