  • Reggae Boyz immediate future?

    Firstly: Hail up to all.

Now on to the immediate future of our Reggae Boyz.
World Cup Final Tournament? To be or Not to be?
I have watched and rewatched our matches since this Steve McLaren era and my thoughts/conclusions run this way:
Based on our dominance of possession and created chances vs Curacao and Bermuda...

Yup! ...those performances suggest there would be no surprise if our Reggae Boyz continue on the same path of dominance in possession and creation of numerous...flood of great chances.
It is fact...forget the myopic views and alternate truths of 'the McLaren haters'...*I can think of only one occasion that we have throughout our football history since 1966 played as well as...produced as fluid ball movement and created so many...forget good...great chances in two consecutive matches.

Even the football dunces should be able to appreciate the tremendous improvement of the Reggae Boyz aggregation on-field performances from the early matches to the last two matches.

Yes, we won some matches previous to these latter two matches but in those early wins and losses the Boyz performances were those of strangers to the game of football. Even our first noteworthy win which took place in England - when I was first introduced to the speed demon Cephas - demonstrated how a very poor playing group could win a football match. We were extremely awful but we won. ‍♂️

PS: Reggae Boyz vs Bermuda in The Office
Isn't it amazing how my MOTM Cephas can apply himself so sensibly in the 1st half and returned to his silly manner of performing in the 2nd half/
In the 1st half he kept it simple, sensible and effect...beating his man and crossing/passing inside to his TEAMMATEs. Result 2 goals and other great scoring chances.
In the 2nd half he still had no problem beating clear down the wing however he now made no passes inside to TEAMMATEs. Rather shots from impossible positions and destruction of promising attacks.
"Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world. Indeed, it is the only thing that ever has."

Big up Karl. Let me ask you, is this the same coach who got knocked out of the Gold Cup in the first round?? We certainly didn't look great against Trinidad, and we still have a midfield problem plus we are not scoring not even half our chances. I hope we put it together but everybody beat Belize. If couldn't beat them by 4 at home we weren't worth it. We have to put in the work and think serious to win our next two matches. Hopefully we can put it together and beat them. Not impress it has been about 50/50 with Steve Mclaren.

Hail up Karl. We looked great against a very weak opponent. Let's not get carried away. However, I think we have the best collection of players that we've ever had, skill-wise.
Hey .. look at the bright side .... at least you're not a Liverpool fan! - Lazie 2/24/10 Paul Marin -19 is one thing, 20 is a whole other matter. It gets even worse if they win the UCL. *groan*. 05/18/2011.MU fans naah cough, but all a unuh a vomit?-Lazie 1/11/2015
