in a situation such as this, there is no reason for JC to tek di game to Georges. So if Georges did actually ball dem..means nutten!

Well games are tactical..right? Georges has excellent talent clearly...from all reports they have superior individual talent...but tactically JC may be superior if they're finding a way to win or at a minimum not lose.

I can believe Georges having territorial advantage and JC counterattacking in the face of excellent opposing talent

As dem seh...style determines fights between rough equals...and the outcomes most times

    Respek

A JC-OB reaction to this report:
    (Read from down to up)

Also do not think stgc outplayed jc totally but this has been the pattern in the last couple of matches with jc counter attacking also if stgc had won 2-1 jc would have still advanced

Outplayed in the midfield but not the defensive third also JC missed some easy chances

The reporter Elmo is NOT Georgian. He is a Glenmuir OB and just posted as an observer over the other site.

They totally outplayed JC today but lack of srike power did them in. With any luck, they could have scored four goals against JC. The game ended 1-1

So JC wins the group and will join Norman Manley, Waterford and Bridgeport as the four semifinalists.

Glenmuir is now in the final eight with STETHS, St. James and Marcus Garvey in one group while Ruseas, Lennon, Garvey Maceo and Old Harbour contest the other group. Most of the teams seem to be evenly matched, but with only two teams qualifying from each group, I would expect STETHS and St. James to qualify from group one while two from Garvey Maceo, Lennon and Ruseas will qualify from group two.

Glenmuir has a decent side, but they have a weak goal keeper and will struggle to make it out of group one.
Give tanks.... but you're right...it means zip unless they go all the way

But curious (or maybe not) that the Georges reports ALWAYS claim Light Blue totally outplaying Strong Blue...hmmm

I don't know if this domination is true ...but none of the media reports said that.
JC got an early goal...and most likely had no interest in scoring more...tactically juss low unnu wid di ball ... we were already in the semi-final after that first goal...no way Georges or any schoolboy side can beat us by >5 goals
