Let us be honest here. He is a very good footballer by Jakan standards, but no more than that. He does not yet have the impact of a Bibi, Ali Rose, Andy, Belly Dias, Martin Woodstock, Dago Gordon, etc ...on the Schoolboy football scene. Most of there are debatably NOT world class.

When it comes to track, he is the World Youth equivalent of Pele, a mini-Bolt.

Absolutely world class and maybe even more than that...perhaps one of the best ever potential hurdlers!

Track is where his sporting future lies. Any other conclusion is ridiculously faulty.

        Are you sure?

btw - Belly Dias was a horrible player who could beat opponents and scored a bunch against horrible defenses. ...but we love a 'bruker'.

All the others save Bibi would not know TEAM if it hit them over the head. That may have been their teachers'/coaches' fault. ...but it is fact these others had tremendous potential.

Specific to 'the football' Young Hyde has that tremendous potential.
...will he go on to work with a good teacher? I do not know.

Now when we switch to his development at Track and particularly his specialist area of hurdles his teachers when compared to those he has for football is a matter of world class masters v disastrous incompetents.

What are his fathers views on all this? Anybody knows? It kind of sounded from that football video clip that he wanted him to play ball but I may have interpreted what he said incorrectly.

he said on radio that his father is leaning towards track ... not surprised.

I understand they were not speaking once his father learned of his decision to concentrate on T&F.

Lenny is so cool I can hardly imagine that happening.

                    Andy dont know team?

Come now man, Andy was a Faaar bigger likkle bwoy prospect that Jaheel. Unno read bout him from 9 years old.

John Barnes was in my class for 3 months and played Colts. Again bigger baller than Jaheel.

Now when it comes to being a star in track, his light dwarfs all those ballers, including maybe Johnny Barnes! mek mi seh it slow…49.49s over the SENIOR hurdles height.

Even teh hurdles at the Jnr height where he ran 13.55s, that was into a -3.5ms wind!

                    Mi dun talk.

Coach Harley says that he only does gym work until Manning Cup end in December. Can you imagine what he could do if he dropped football and focus T&F only?
