  • How should ISSA deal with this scenario?

A student is transferred from one school's 6th form to another school's 6th form.

    Does it matter if it's:
    1. Lower 6th to lower 6th?
    2. Lower 6th to upper 6th?
    3. Upper 6th to lower 6th?
    4. Leave it alone as no rule was broken?

Are you talking about the 'KC rule'? There is no rule against transferring from one Sixth Form to the next, you just cant do three different schools in Sixth Form and if you do two years in Sixth form at one school if you transfer to another you have to sit out a year. But you can do three years of Sixth form at one school and three years between two schools if you leave School A after lower Sixth and do two years of Upper Sixth at school B
Solidarity is not a matter of well wishing, but is sharing the very same fate whether in victory or in death.

These sound like reasonable rules. ISSA got this one right.
The same type of thinking that created a problem cannot be used to solve the problem.
