How would ISSA break an exact 4 way tie?

Manning Cup Group J is very interesting. All four teams (Bridgeport, Charlie Smith, Kingston College and STATHS) have the same statistics. How would ISSA break an exact 4 way tie?

The same type of thinking that created a problem cannot be used to solve the problem.

If I accept the situation you describe...then "coin toss" or "4 team play-offs" would be options!
