Mobay plan

I notice how some people just sidestep that.

It would be good if we talk about Bartlett plan to get private and government help to clean up some areas for tourism.

I heard Chang also pushing a Mobay plan. It would be good if we think of debating these plans but I guess the forum nuh inna them things deh, it only good when it come from one side.
