So wait the public have no responsiblity?

I also assume the the workers come from the general public too.

How do you find better workers? especially if you can't fire nobody as you often advocate.

Don't let negative things break you, instead let it be your strength, your reason for growth. Life is for living and I won't spend my life feeling cheated and downtrodden.
