How the JCF get this bad in the first place? Was there a trickle down effect where we had for example cabinet ministers who attended funerals of Dons (KD Knight & Peter Phillips), and Dons who drove vehicles that were registered in the name of high ranking political officials (Babsy Grange)?

So why did you leave out the name of Edward Seaga and Michael Manley?
Just asking, as I seem to remember among other things a photo of a PM at a wake of a 'Don' with a beer in hand? ...am I correct or is this a Shady Pines moment?

Three policeman arrested for alleged gun salute at gang funeral

THE three policemen who were allegedly involved in a gun salute at a recent funeral of a slain One Order gang member in Trelawny have been interdicted.
Following the gun salute, the policemen were taken into custody, their hands were swabbed and their weapons were sent to the Government Forensic Laboratory where they were processed.
A file is being prepared for submission to the Director of Public Prosecutions for advice on possible criminal action.
