    *A person shall not be extradited if it appears to the minister that his extradition is prohibited by any law in force in Jamaica;

    * The minister may not issue an authority to proceed if it appears to her that an Order for extradition of the people concerned could not lawfully be made or would not in fact be made in accordance with the provisions of the Act.

    It matters not if Dudus is the President, the Don of Dons or a Minister of Govt.

    The Minister responsible for authorizing extradition MUST be guided by the Laws the Land.

    Unless unnuh proposing she ignore the rules of the Extradition Act because of the 'nature' of the individual in question...

    Yuh nuh realise that isn't their concern? PPL just looking for a means to bring back their beloved PNP.

        On what? Yes, he handled the Manatt issue in a clumsy manner, but you and yuh comrades seems adamant on ignoring what may be causing a hurdle in the extradition request. Continue with the speculation.
