  • Tesha Miller to face the court again

Three days after he was sentenced to 15 years in prison, former leader of the Spanish Town-based Clansman Gang, Tesha Miller, is to face court again on Monday.
This time it is to answer a charge of assault.
Miller is accused of attacking a member of the police force, while at the Kingston Central lock-up during last year's State of Emergency.
The trial date was set in February when he appeared before the Corporate Area Criminal Court.
Miller was convicted on Friday on charges of robbery with aggravation and illegal possession of a firearm when he appeared in the Gun Court.
His legal team has served notice that it will be filing an appeal early this week against the conviction.

What nerve? He did this while in custody? Your Honour, please another 10 - 15 years should be ideal.

Such a charge is not uncommon when u defend yourself from police beatings
.Andem was first convicted of a relatively minor charge and then more serious ones.Miller will likely face murder charges.
