U.S. Southern Command commander, U.S. Air Force General, Douglas Fraser, is scheduled to visit Jamaica August 9-10. General Fraser has served in various operational capacities across the U.S. Air Force, including that of Director of the Chief of Staff’s Air Force Operations Group and Director of Air and Space Operations for Air Force Space Command.
During his visit, General Fraser will meet with Jamaican Prime Minister Bruce Golding and other government officials, including leaders of the Jamaica Defense Force (JDF). Fraser will also visit several JDF facilities during his stay.
