If they had an agreement with the particular merchant and the vouchers could be used as a form of receipt?
Just asking as I recall Gleaner used to give us vouchers at the end of the year as part of our bonus that could be redeemed at certain supermarkets and at Courts...my printer/scanner/fax machine at home was bought with one such voucherLeave a comment:

No this is forgery.Also a modern form of people swearing on the bible that they are JLP before gettiing medical attention (due to scarcity of doctors in those days) More things , change the more the remain the same.Leave a comment:
