See, return to the premise of the argument. Can a black person go up to Yale and say based on the atrocities done to his fore parents (via slavery); it has disallowed him to achieve; hence he is entitled to be educated at Yale.

Good question because caucasians could ask for reparations based on how Europe was ravaged but this would cause them to go into a history that the winner dislikes.
