Ed Koch (not Kotch) tun up di mayoral role in NYC. Boris Johnson in London seems to be doing the same thing.

...yes he did.
His third term was on the down and not that stellar.
I remember Donald Manes a borough president killed himself--because of currupt practices with parking tickets.
There were lots of other stuff that went on in his last term.
He ran unsuccessfully for governor of NY. And yes it's "Koch".The only time TRUTH will hurt you...is if you ignore it long enough
