    A smoking ban was implemented through the Public Health (Tobacco Control) Regulations 2013. It became effective on Monday, July 15, 2013.

    In the Grand Stand, perhaps.

    Bleachers? Almost impossible to regulate. And why should they even bother?

      It's banned since it's inception ( being built) but who cares,only lazy,druggies,addicts ,crazys,narco political terrorist use that stuff,you won't find them around good common folk,or uptown elitist.

      The cultural taboo hypocrysy until it was decriminalized.

      See it,live with it,entertain with it,and Murda or criminalize poor people in their cultural dome for it.
