    Interesting. Its not often that you read the word "surplus" and "Jamaica" in the same sentence.

      Why are you so darn impulsive?

      You spend no time to rationally analyze anything. You just react!

      The article clearly pointed to lower oil prices and increase in tourism. Both of which are reasonable conclusions.
