Ganja Data War - MOH Backs Drug Watchdog In Weed Clash, Lobbyist Standing Ground

A standoff between the Ministry of Health minister and a lobbyist of the Cannabis Licensing Authority (CLA) has forced the National Council on Drug Abuse (NCDA) to defend its research methodology which provided data suggesting increase ganja use among adolescents since possession of two ounces or less is no longer a criminal offence.

What the ministry or minister is advocating is the science that Jamaicans have a ganja specific gene that makes us exclusively prone to higher rates of ganja addiction and mental illness.

    The guy is an idiot.

So you dispute the finding about increase usage by adolescents?

it may be correct how are adolescents getting a hold of cannabis? it is not more available than it ever was.

if the issue is that they now think that it is legal then there needs to be greater efforts in educating the public about the amendment and regulations

          Lazie ?

So you believe Jamaicans have a ganja addiction gene ? That is what his data is saying.Hard for me to believe that since its legalization/ decriminilation in the western world,we are the only ones with an increase in use,of course his findings is supported by foegein agencies with an agenda like Sessions.

Of course i dispute his quack science! Do you ?
