Laughable. Did thay say 229 M barrels?. Guyana has 5 B barrels. We should be trying to train people for jobs in Guyana and trying to make good with them to see if we can get some cheap of for the Petrojam thieves than wasting time with 229M barrels. But like the failed federation, everyone wants to be emperor of his own empire only to become an emperor without clothes.
