This is nothing new from the U.S. government. The U.S. government has always seen people of color & the poor/working class as expendable/test subjects. The difference is that Trump & other elected officials now feel free & empowered to speak about it publicly - the government ignored HIV/AIDS until rich/influential people started contracting it; poor and/or mostly minority areas, like Flint, MI, has a history of contaminated water & air; and there are many more examples over the years. Also, look at who are encouraging & organizing these anti-quarantine demonstrations, and who are actually putting themselves at risk & participating in the demonstrations.......The mayor of Las Vegas publicly stated that she offered to have the working class of the city to be test subjects, but also stated that she wouldn't expose/risk herself nor her family.Comment
