      Maybe a gradual shift to the north?

      Still a lot of variables in play, but there is some hope the worst of it (northern quadrant) will be north of the island

        OK, I am officially freaking out now. Many people expect this monster to be Cat5 by tonight and I don't see it shifting much at all.

        This is looking more and more like Jamaicas "100 year storm" so to speak.

                  No Gilbert was stronger...but AFTER it hit Jamaica. Gilbert hit Jam at 135-140mph.

                  It went to 175mph when it hit the Yucatan.

                  Anyone who fails to prepare woud be ignorant!!!Look how di expat dem in Cayman a run.
