How do you take someone seriously that exposes their bias in this manner:
"Jamaica was on an upward growth trajectory in the 1960s. The 1970s and 1980s marked two periods of reversals in the country's fortunes."

What period of reversal in the 80's is he referring to ? Must be reversal of the madness in the 70's. Drunk man tek over again in 89 and we back on the track to destruction again.
