Don't you love Franno now? Only one person dares to call for the firing of the JADCO. They need to be fired.

Why are people so quiet , JAAA ,JOA etc speaks volumes.Punishment must fit the crime, we dont have to appease anyone. Why are we hanging our athletes and everyone else is slapping theirs on the wrist for heavier indiscrections ?

The pattern of abuse is silence, it permeates everything in our society except when gas prices go up or wayward DJs get sentenced. When an individual speaks he is seen as arrogant, rude, disrespectful for asking questions and demanding answers. No doubt Franno outburst will work against the athletes.

THERE IS ONLY ONE ONANDI LOWE!

"Good things come out of the garrisons" after his daughter won the 100m Gold For Jamaica.

"It therefore is useless and pointless, unless it is for share malice and victimisation to arrest and charge a 92-year-old man for such a simple offence. There is nothing morally wrong with this man smoking a spliff; the only thing wrong is that it is still on the law books," said Chevannes.

Bullsh!t Plush (no offense). You can look on a person and assume that he's making enough money to pay testing a supplement. If so, why stop at a supplement, might as well test all foods and liquid that these athletes infest. Everything ingested has a potential to be contaminated. They did everything that was required of them by researching everything on the label of the bottles, just as how they would if it was a box of cornflakes or processed food from their supermarkets. Why should they go above and beyond to send samples to a lab for testing? JADCO 's duty should be to establish if the athletes intended to cheat and punish accordingly. The level of the banned substance should also be taken into consideration. The fact that they are also first time offenders in a career spanning over 10 years should be considered. The fact that the banned substance is partially legal in WADA 's eyes should be taken into consideration. They punishment should have been a telephone conversation between a JADCO representative and the athletes to say "boss next be more careful" and that's it. This long drawn out trial and long drawn out handing down of a verdict ....by word of mouth, shows the type of incompetent crablouses that have the autonomy and power to destroy people's lives. Imagine for a minute if it was a junior athlete like Super Donkey who may have taken a Panadol for a headache and was tested positive for a banned substance. These punishments don't warrant the crime while a more blatant cheat like Tyson Gay who was caught with the real sh!t, you don't hear a peep out of his camp nor the USDA.

JAAA and JOA would probably more likely to speak up if it was two racers athletes. It did not help that they were former Franno athletes (although he did not have anything to do with it.)

If the defense lawyer was also the Maximum Leader of the party in power then maybe JADCO would have threated more carefully. You have to show respect to the Maximum Leader or the Party Leader may have to do what is fair and fire the panel.

Yup. It was Jermaine Hue's negligence that led to his injury while on national duty, which caused the experienced national team doctor to inject banned substance into his system which led him to fail the drug test. He is responsible for what goes into his system.

Collins said: "This has taught me a powerful lesson and one that all athletes should learn from. This is my future and I will take personal responsibility for making sure all competition requirements are met.
"I would like to thank the Commonwealth Games Federation for the very fair manner in which this matter has been dealt with."

I guess he was well qualified to talk.......after the fact.
