I think we have developed many players who could have distinguished themselves in the EPL and elsewhere. For one reason or the other, that placement in those leagues has not taken place. And no, I am not satisfied with the rate of development either.

But one thing I won't do is press the panic button because of what happened in Antigua. There is enough blame to go around, starting from the very top!

Agreed on the need not to panic.

Unfortunately for the players, the clubs, Football Industry and the nation financial and other benefits accrue more rapidly if and when we product the quality in sufficient quantity that access highest level of professional football. Any which way we look at it development of quality players (and teams) woefully inadequate.
