There is a difference when a team has no structure at all, has no defensive shape and no offensive shape whatsoever.
Colour believe he can qualify this team and has been working with them since he came back from his course in Germany.

Depend on a lot of things as I did before. If the team has no shape whatsoever or don't look like they were given instructions or bad instructions then I have to blame the coach.
The JFF will have to take some of the blame. So far I know the coach has been working hard with his team and they have played 3 warm up games in Florida and hopefully they will get more.
It is easy to blame everybody or who you feel without looking at the team. You can't blame nobody right now as hopefully they will do well and qualify.

Tab Ramos would be blamed for the U.S. U20 team's performance........WHY: Because there was no concern from him about the team's preparation nor selections.
