Pepto’s biggest problem is Pep. He overthinks too much. The Grealish buy was unnecessary. Grealish and Sterling were playing in each other’s spaces. Last season he had Foden playing in Sterling’s position despite Sterling having a sterling season the one before. This caused Sterling to lose form. Even without Grealish, Sh!tty had the best squad in the league. He knew two seasons ago that Aguero was leaving this season and that Jesus wasn’t cutting it as the main striker. He also had a solid defender in Laporte who lost his place to the new John Stones through injury. He went and bought Ake who is a good mid-table team defender. He still hasn’t solved the left back problem. Mendy is excellent going forward and offers a lot of threats with his early one-time crosses but he’s suspect defending. Lucas had him soft yesterday. Continue on the downward trend.

grealish plays in the midfield...sterling is a forward...bernardo silva is leaving...grealish is his replacement...sterling has underperformed and lost his place to the latter part of last season...we won the premier league & made it to CL final without aguero so not sure what you mean...mendy is third string LB...zinchenko is the starter & cancelao backs him up
