They had to fire him. His public rants made his job untenable. This squad is better than what is shown on the field. The inconsistency is ridiculous. I think he was doing a fair job.
Just his overall attitude that got in his way.
Btw, I think he could get West Ham out of the relegation battle.

He did a better job getting players in but he was too rigid with his system. How can he not see that Zirkzee can't play as a Frontline forward, but only as a second forward? Manu team is not the best at playing his system and you have change up sometimes. Also he didn't give academy players any thought. Good guy and I wish him luck. At a different time he would have made it but Manu gave him a good chance. The next coach that comes through the door, more will be demanded and a little money in the kitty in the summer.- Don't let negative things break you, instead let it be your strength, your reason for growth.
