He did a better job getting players in but he was too rigid with his system. How can he not see that Zirkzee can't play as a Frontline forward, but only as a second forward? Manu team is not the best at playing his system and you have change up sometimes. Also he didn't give academy players any thought. Good guy and I wish him luck.
