They are okay with the amendments to the interception act(gaps they say),yet they were the ones interpreting it to be limited to local authorities .
Maybe Lighbourne is someone that is unyieling regarding following the rule of law but then she quickly signed the papers when non lawyer Bruce told her to.

Is this not why Phillips was branded as CIA by JLP suppoters only to have their leaders calling for the amendment rather than opposing it.
