THERE IS ONLY ONE ONANDI LOWE!

"Good things come out of the garrisons" after his daughter won the 100m Gold For Jamaica.

"It therefore is useless and pointless, unless it is for share malice and victimisation to arrest and charge a 92-year-old man for such a simple offence. There is nothing morally wrong with this man smoking a spliff; the only thing wrong is that it is still on the law books," said Chevannes.

Well, this is not within any of the zones so I do not see the purpose of your title. The popular consensus is that there needs to be much more zones running at the same time but there isn't enough man power to accommodate that.

The police needs to be more proactive. It was reported that last week 27 members of a gang was taken into custody after months of investigation. Let us see how many will be convicted ,...and if the same approach will be taken to target other gangs.

Finally, people who know what is happening needs to stop keeping secret. If dem cyaan trust the police, then call Crimestop.

Actually, you people who continuosly talk without the facts are the comedians.

Let me go into the Rafa Mode:

Fact: The authorities acknowledged that there were about 20 (or 25) communities that need to be declared a zone.
Fact: They admitted they do not have the resources to do that many zone at once.

Well, unlike you I am no security or law enforcement expert. However...

FACT: I recall a higher up in the JDF admitting that the first zone, the no name spot of which you speak was a pilot.

You do understand that the zones are declared based on a request from the head of the JDF and the JCF? They were the ones that requested that the zone be declared in that area. Clearly you would have declared it elsewhere, maybe you should apply to be commish.

Based on the utterances of people like you and others, it nuh matter where the zone was declared, y'all would still complain. I fully agree that something needs to be done to address the crime. Some want state of emergency. Some want the Adams approach etc. I have always been curious how the police can name the gangs but are unable to tackle them. Well, we saw some movement last week, lets see if it continues.

Shouldn't we be concerned about all Jamaicans? I was of the view Jcans from all walks of life were being affected.
