You do understand that the zones are declared based on a request from the head of the JDF and the JCF? They were the ones that requested that the zone be declared in that area. Based on the utterances of people like you and others, it nuh matter where the zone was declared, y'all would still complain. I fully agree that something needs to be done to address the crime. Some want state of emergency. Some want the Adams approach etc. I have always been curious how the police can name the gangs but are unable to tackle them.
