He needed the academic help. If JC can help him academicaaly then by all means let then help him. It is a pity ISSA don't have a special rule to waive his transfer ban since he was also banned last year for a different reason.

So why would they waive his ban? Wouldn't that make it easy for others to just circumvent the "sit out one year" rule?!?!
